  • 2 Hours Order Edit Policy:

  • Yes! We do international shipping.

    International free shipping on orders over $250. International Shipping fees will be based on weight and distance, calculated by UPS, USPS or Fedex.

    Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality reasons. If there is a quality issue, a photo proof is required. Click here

    Tax rates and customs duties are charged at different rates depending on the region. Shipping costs may also be adjusted according to regional policies. The specific amount can be viewed during checkout.

  • For International Orders:
    If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire package will be shipped together based on the estimated shipping date of the pre-order item. Split shipping is not available.
    If you would like to receive items separately, please place two separate orders or contact customer service at customerservice@prod.net for assistance.

    For U.S. Orders:
    If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire package will, by default, be shipped together based on the estimated shipping date of the pre-order item.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

  • If your order includes Checkout+, you are eligible for free exchanges and free returns for store credit. We will cover the return shipping cost—simply process your exchange through the returns portal.

    If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, return shipping will be at your expense.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered.

  • A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

  • All Clearance items are final sale. Leg wear, underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, products that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them, and swimwear (including one pieces and sets)

  • Our returns department reserves the right to reject any returned item (other than a Deficient Product, which is addressed below) that does not meet its original condition. In such cases, we may require you to cover reasonable return postage costs before the item is sent back to you.

    Return Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original purchase condition, with original tags securely attached and not tampered with. Returns will not be accepted if products show any signs of wear, including odors (such as perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor), or if they are marked or damaged in any way, including stains from makeup, deodorant, or fake tan.

    Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item (not being a Deficient Product, which is dealt with below) that does not meet the original condition, in which case we may require you to pay our reasonable postage costs before we return the item to you.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • During Black Friday, returns are only eligible for gift cards. but, if there are quality issues, a normal refund can be issued.

    During the holiday season, if a package is lost and it is not due to theresponsibility of the carrier or the seller, we cannot take responsibility for the lostshipment. However, we are more than willing to assist you in filing a claim with the
    carrier and provide the necessary evidence to support your case.

  • If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please take the following steps in locating your package:

    • Verify your shipping address.
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
    • Look around the delivery location for your package.
    • See if someone else accepted the package on your behalf.
    • If the package shows "Delivered to Front Door/Mailbox" of the shipping address, the customer may be responsible to locate the package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in locating your package.
    • If the package is not deliverable because the customer provided an incomplete or wrong address, (Ex: Missing Apt #) PROD will only refund the purchase price when the package is returned by the carrier, deducting a 10% restocking fee from the refund amount. Or the customer can choose to have the package redelivered with a corrected and complete address, a 10% reprocessing fee may be applied.
    • During the holiday season, we are not responsible for lost items if it is not caused by carrier transportation or merchant shipping issues. However, we will assist in submitting claims to the carrier and provide the necessary evidence.

Warranty & Repair

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

  • An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.
