Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items received after 15 days are not eligible for return or exchange.Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified quality issues, for which photo proof is required.

Return packages must be shipped within 14 days of return authorization / label creation. Return labels used after the authorized timeframe are considered expired. Packages shipped using expired return labels will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Oversea:

Overseas orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. In the case of a quality issue, photo proof is required. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

U.S. Orders

Condition Requirements:

Our returns department reserves the right to reject any returned item (other than a Deficient Product, which is addressed below) that does not meet its original condition. In such cases, we may require you to cover reasonable return postage costs before the item is sent back to you.

Returned items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached and untampered

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, including:

  • Odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odor)
  • Stains (makeup, deodorant,  fake tan)
  • Damage of any kind

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item (not being a Deficient Product, which is dealt with below) that does not meet the original condition, in which case we may require you to pay our reasonable postage costs before we return the item to you.

About Return Postage: 

If your order includes Checkout+, you are eligible for:

  • Free returns for store credit
  • Free exchanges

We will cover return shipping—simply process your request through the returns portal.

If you request a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered.

  • All Final Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchange are accept.

Archive Sale Policy

  • All Archive Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns. Exchange and refund store credit are eligible

Flash sale, Free gifts, Final Drop Collection items and items marked, "Special Offer" are NOT eligible for returns/ refund.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale. This includes:

  • Leg-wear
  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Items with built-in underwear
  • Swimwear (one-piece and sets)

Gift items:

If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned if your return causes the order to no longer qualify for the promotion.

Purchase channels:

We will only accept returns of purchases made on PROD.net; Prod Bldg Instagram Shop; Prod Bldg Facebook Shop. We cannot facilitate return requests for purchases made on other platforms at this time.

Lost return package:

Please note that we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier. We would be happy to support you and provide any necessary evidence.

During the holiday season, if a package is lost and it is not due to the responsibility of the carrier or the seller, we cannot take responsibility for the lost shipment. However, we are more than willing to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide the necessary evidence to support your case.

Holiday season Price Adjustment Policy (Limited-quantity and special releases excluded)
If an item you purchased goes on sale on our website within 7 days, we’re happy to offer a store credit for the price difference.

Our rights: 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to regular wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care. If after inspection, certain items are found to be damaged by the customers, that PROD can no longer refund such items, PROD will either dispose of that item on the customer's behalf or can mail the item back to the customer. Customers will be subjected to charges to re-send items back.
