Shipping policy
Domestic shipping within the USA:The Shipping Fee is $15. We also offer FREE standard shipping on ALL orders over $100 to the Continental US.
UK/DE/CA:
Shipping Fee is $25, Free shipping on order value over $250.
International Shipping:
China, Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam Regions: Shipping Fee $45, Free shipping on order value over $250.
Other Regions Worldwide:
Shipping Fee is $35, Free shipping on order value over $250.
**Tax rates and customs duties are charged at different rates depending on the region. Shipping costs may also be adjusted according to regional policies. The specific amount can be viewed during checkout.
For International orders:
Pre-sale and in-stock items will be shipped together according to the pre-sale schedule by default. If you need the in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please place separate orders.
In most cases, orders that ship for free will ship within 1-7 business days after receiving payment of the order. Domestic shipping could take up 3-10 business days. If there are force majeure factors, or logistics company factors, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Returns and exchanges are not supported for international shipping. If you want refund to store credit, click here
You may cancel or modify (address, items, contact info) your order within 2 hour of placing it via the portal of you place the order or click here. If you need any other help please contact customerservice@prod.net
We will ship priority shipping orders first.
Please check the expected ship date when purchasing items that are on back order, in the product description section.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the email or phone number provided once your order ships.
During the holiday season, we are not responsible for lost items if it is not caused by carrier transportation or merchant shipping issues. However, we will assist in submitting claims to the carrier and provide the necessary evidence.
About Pre-Orders
For International Orders:
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire package will be shipped together based on the estimated shipping date of the pre-order item. Split shipping is not available.
If you would like to receive items separately, please place two separate orders or contact customer service at customerservice@prod.net for assistance.
For U.S. Orders:
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire package will, by default, be shipped together based on the estimated shipping date of the pre-order item.
If you would like to split the shipment, please contact customer service. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.
If by the customer's mistake, such as an insufficient address, customer's address cannot be accessed, the package cannot be delivered and is returned back to the sender, PROD reserves the right to charge the shipping fees before refunding the rest of the purchase price or attempting to redeliver.
