    Shipping:

    1. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $59 shipped to the Continental US. Standard shipping fees for the Continental US is $5. International shipping fees will be based on weight and distance calculated by USPS.
    2. In most cases, orders that ship for free will ship within 1-4 business days after receiving payment of the order. It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive at your shipping address after your order has been shipped. 
    3. We will ship priority shipping orders as a priority. (Excluding International shipping)
    4. Please check expected ship dates when ordering items that are on back order in the product description sections.
    5. You will get a shipping confirmation to the E-Mail or phone number provided once your order ships.

     

    Did NOT receive package:

     

    If your tracking information states Delivered but, you did not receive a package, please do the following:

    1. Verify your shipping address
    2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
    3. Look around the delivery location for your package
    4. See if someone else accepted the package
    5. If the package has been delivered to the “Front Door” or “Mail Box” of the shipping address, the customer may be responsible to receive or find the package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in locating your package.
    6. If the package is not deliverable because customer provided an incomplete or wrong address,e.g. missing an apt number. PROD can only refund the purchase price when the package is returned by the carrier, deducting 10% restocking fee from the refund amount. Or the customer can choose to have the package redeliver again with a correct and complete address, a 10% reprocessing fee may be applied.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

     

    You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing your order, by E-Mail or phone call. Unfortunately, you may not cancel or modify any orders 24 hours after placing your order. Please refer to the return policy after 24 hours.

    Orders placed with priority shipping may not be able to cancel or modify due to faster fulfillment.

     

    Return Policy:

     

    1. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.
    2. Please contact us via customerservice@prod.net to let us know to expect your return (include your name and order number).
    3. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in original packaging, including the protective plastic cover, garment bags, dust bags, and all tags still attached. Please make sure to enclose the packing slip or the order confirmation in the package. Returns that do not meet our return policy requirements are not eligible for resale, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
    4. You will be responsible for the cost of returns. Your refund will be processed immediately upon receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 business days to see it reflected on your account.

    Our rights: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care. 

     

    1. Made-to-Order, back order items and Items marked as special offer items are not eligible for return.

     

    Exchange Policy

     

    PROD Bldg does not accept exchanges. The customer should follow the return policy (as stated above) for any unwanted products and must place a new order for the desired product. New order price is subject to the current item price, we may not be able to honor the discount or offer you placed in the original order.

     

    Damaged/ Faulty Goods

    If there was a mistake on part of PROD Bldg, or in the case, an item was faulty or damaged when received, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@prod.net.

     

    Wrong items/ Missing items

    Please note that we offer partial shipping, your package may be shipped separately. If you still have questions, please send us an email to customerservice@prod.net including the following information if you receive wrong items or miss items:

    Order number, item name, and size for the item received and the item you are supposed to receive.
